The rooms were little oldish. Plumbing and bathroom fittings were worn out. The balcony got flooded with overnight rain.

Excellent location - but needs a lot of improvement for the price they are asking.
Great location. Safe beachfront for children. Beautiful view from the rooms on the hill.
Staff were not friendly - particularly reception staff and restaurant staff (except gardeners and housekeeping) Staff were complaining about being over-worked, and not enough people working. Bathrooms were dark and strange. Rooms were outdated and needed repairs. The swimming pool wasn't very clean. Kids club, gym, and swimming pool area all need to be renovated. Very 1980's. The breakfast was very average. Coffee options were good. No fans in restaurant, which is open air. Hpwever, the location was excellent, and our rooms were up on the hill in part of the jungle. So the cicadas noise was extreme, but I loved the view of Krabi from the room.

Great hotel in a great location.
Fantastic hotel in a great location. Just on the end of the main Ao Nang Strip, right on the beach and with its own private beach. Great rooms.
Couldn’t arrange a taxi service, not a big problem at all but the only issue I could think of.
